I'm a Sydney and Melbourne based food writer, photographer, stylist and presenter with over 10 years experience working with food in all its glorious forms. 

Tristan is a busy food writer working in Sydney. 

He is a senior restaurant and food writer for Broadsheet Sydney, a featured food writer for news.com.au, content creator for The Essential Ingredient, participating writer for Qantas Magazine, Selector Magazine, Foodiful (Pacific Magazines), a regular food contributor on ABC Radio and occasional columnist for various other food publications.

His pop-up food stall, The Diner Project, lived at Carriageworks Farmers Market for four months in early 2018, and he hosts the live Food Fight comedy cooking events around Australia.
