Glucojel Jelly Beans, the beans designed specifically to assist sufferers of diabetes in controlling their blood sugar levels- celebrated their 75th anniversary in 2016.
To give these sweets their due (they were, after all, the only good thing about having to go to the chemist with your parents as a kid), News.com.au asked me to put together some recipes using these sugar high-inducing treats.
Sure, they're in no way medically recommended (quite the contrary), but hopefully they rekindle a long-held love for these small, colourful beans of joy.
